Pain measured by VAS has been reduced in all the trial subjects and each of the four clinical conditions of Musculoskeletal disease when compared with before treatment (4.4875) to after treatment on the 7th day (2.6) as well as on follow-up days of 15th (2.1125) and 30th days (1.8375).

The study showed that tenderness reduced in overall subjects and in each MSD condition when compared from before treatment (1.7375) study, average grades of tenderness to after study and after follow-up days of 7th day (0.975), 15th (0.8375), 30th days (0.75).

Sotha (swelling) reduced in overall subjects and each condition of MSD in average values of grading when compared from before intervention (0.2125) to after treatment and during the follow-up period of 7th day (0.1), 15th (0.0875), and 30th days (0.0375).

The study also concluded that stiffness was reduced in overall subjects and each condition of MSD in average grading values when compared from before treatment (0.325) to after treatment and during the follow-up period. Sustenance of effect in reducing stiffness was observed during follow-up of the 7th day (0.1625), 15th day(0.125), and 30th day (0.0875).

At the end of the therapy, the mean value of fasting sugar before treatment was 165.143 mg/dl and after 2 months of treatment it reduced to 130.143 mg/dl. The percentage reduction of 21.1% in fasting blood glucose was observed in diabetic patients. Similarly, 19.7% reduction was also observed in Post Prandial Blood glucose levels.

A significant reduction in several symptoms, i.e. Polyuria (62.12%), Polyphagia (81.18%), calf muscle pain (91.42%), burning sole (86.36%), numbness (91.30%), dryness in mouth (70.18%), lethargy (80.95%), fatigue (77.95%), excess sweat (60.20%) was observed whereas burning palm was relieved by 100%.

At the end of the therapy HbA1c% was decreased by 7%

The experimental groups showed a statistically significant increase from baseline to the 30th day in both LH (p 0.0002) and Testosterone (p 0.0001).

The IIEF score improved significantly in the Gokshura-treated group (P<0.0001).

When evaluated within each group, sperm count showed statistically significant improvement from the baseline to the 30th day in the control group (p 0.0207) and experimental group (p 0.0002) when analysed within the group.

Slow Linear Progression (SLP) showed statistically significant improvement from baseline to the 30th day (0.0253) when analyzed between the groups. Rapid Linear Progression (RLP) showed statistically significant improvement within the experimental group analysis from baseline to the 30th day (0.0013).
