Shipping, Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

As per the Shipping Policy, the delivery of the product will be processed within 24 hours on business days. The expected time for delivery is within 5 business days.

  • The product will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours of it being placed on working days. The expected delivery time for the product is within 5 business days.
  • It is the Customer and Direct Seller’s responsibility to make sure that the company has the correct shipping address before the order is dispatched. 
  • A Customer and Direct Seller will need to allow up to 15 days for processing after the receipt by the Company of any notice of address change.

We are fully dedicated to your health and satisfaction. Our products are rigorously tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event that you have an issue with the product and perhaps need a replacement or a refund, we’ll do our best to make this happen. 

Unfortunately, given the nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened, part-consumed, or used. We can accept returns or offer refunds in the following circumstances: 

  • Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge; contact us here within 48 hours of receipt for assistance. 
  • Unopened & Unused: If you wish to return an unopened/unused product, contact us here within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with.

Please submit a return request within 48 hours of receipt of the package, and be sure to include your Order ID. To verify the condition of the product, we may need you to share images or videos. If approved, we will reach out to you to initiate the refund/exchange process. While we are happy to arrange a return/refund, we will ask you to cover all shipping costs (INR 50 for the initial shipment and INR 100 for the return shipment and processing).

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing the order and the product has not been dispatched, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If the product has already been dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return request. Customers can follow the return process outlined in the Return and Refund Policy mentioned above. Please note that shipping costs associated with the cancellation/return will be borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Payment is not received or processed successfully.
  • The shipping address provided is incorrect or undeliverable.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We strive to process cancellations and refunds promptly, but please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
